Registration Terms & Conditions

Registrations :-

Registrations are mandatory for players regardless playing within club, trainings or NDCA or PJCA tournaments due to personal and Third safety and insurance purposes.

Fees :-

At the moment there is no Registration fees to join Jordan Springs Cricket Club, As it is Non- Profitable Association; Club Administration will try to cover all expenses from sponsors; But if there will be any changes in the future fee you will be notified.

Indemnity and release:-

In consideration of being allowed to participate in cricket matches, training, including travel and associated events (“Activities”) organised and/or supervised by Jordan Springs Cricket Club. I acknowledge, agree and confirm the following:

  1. That there are inherent risks associated with the Activities which may result in personal injury in a serious manner.  I fully accept and agree to bear those risks.
  2. To the full extent permitted by law, I absolve, indemnify, release and discharge Jordan Springs Cricket Club, its Officers, Employees, Representatives and Agents (”Indemnities”) from any and all liability for any injury, loss, cost, charge, expense or damage suffered with in The Club or Third Party Property by me however caused, arising from or incurred directly or indirectly as a result of my participation in the Activities, including without limitation as a result of any act, default, omission or negligence of the Indemnities.
  3. As a Player/Parent/Guardian understands that i/us won’t interfere in the club decisions/works/trainings unless has been allocated.
  4. Understand I will follow instructions given by coaches, managers and volunteers for Player’s/Parent’s/Guardian’s safety and fare play as they have been appointed for.
  5. Understand club coach/coaches will be nominating players to club teams all upcoming tournaments.

Privacy legislation clause: –

Information requested in the Registration Form is requested under the National Privacy Provisions detailed in the Privacy Act 1988. Accordingly, we advise that: contained in Personal Details fairly and reasonably maintain appropriate records of all persons who are or have been involved or connected with any aspect to the Jordan Springs Cricket Club.

Acknowledgement / Consent: –

I have read, understood, acknowledge and agree to all the matters referred to in the statement, including the warning, release and indemnity.

I hereby give permission for my contact and emergency contact details being provided to the Coach and Manager.

I agree with that the Jordan Springs Club committee keep the right deregister my membership me or anyone if committee finds there is threat of any team member or their or anyone has a business with Jordan Springs Cricket Club directly or indirectly.

Team Members Responsibility: –

Any child/children or family member brought in to the field with team member will his/her responsibility.

Keeping the personal details up to date, if there are any changes please notify the management.

Any work needs to be done, required a written permission from administration, there won’t be liabilities; charges; penalties covered if any unauthorised work will be held.
